Novelle applies a separate, versioned withdrawal classification to every enabled package component. A single label is never silently applied to the whole package.
Fixed-date services
Venue, event and other approved fixed-date services may use the applicable Polish Consumer Rights Act exclusion for services connected with leisure events on a specific date. The exact component classification is shown before acceptance.
Ongoing services
Planning, consultations and comparable ongoing services retain the ordinary withdrawal treatment unless another valid classification applies. Starting performance within the withdrawal period requires a separate request; any lawful proportional payment reflects work actually performed.
Personalised goods
Personalised goods require a separate specification approval. Production is not treated as started merely because the package was viewed or selected.
Digital content
Immediate digital delivery requires a separate express consent and acknowledgement where loss of the withdrawal right is legally applicable.
Evidence and change control
The component profile, consent text, timestamp, policy version and hash are retained with the accepted booking. This board-adopted provisional policy has no WIS, ORD-IN or external legal-opinion protection and may later be modified only through a versioned change.
