At launch, verified packages show a frozen customer total before contract acceptance. Fresh calendar inventory can be held instantly; custom or uncertain supply moves into a clearly labelled quote flow.
The checkout review freezes the approved scope, inclusions, exclusions, customer price, tax treatment, supplier terms, date, guest count, and payment schedule before acceptance.
Verified, published packages with a current calendar source can enter the instant-booking path. Stale, failed, unknown, or non-instant availability never receives the same claim.
After contract acceptance, Novelle emails the customer payment invoice. The dates remain held only until the persisted deadline, normally 48 hours, and booking confirmation follows correctly reconciled cleared funds.
When instant availability cannot be confirmed, couples can request a versioned supplier quote with a clear expiry. An accepted, still-valid quote joins the same contract, hold, invoice, and booking workspace.
Novelle does not sell undisclosed ranking. Category margin rules and supplier settlement terms are versioned, accepted before performance, and kept separate from the customer package price and tax calculation.
