Novelle

FAQ

Clear answers before couples hand over details.

The product is designed to make uncertainty visible instead of hiding it behind generic planning language.

Are the wedding plans instantly bookable?

Not in V1. Novelle shows availability confidence and then verifies shortlisted suppliers before a couple is asked to commit.

Do you hold deposits or supplier funds?

No. The launch model avoids supplier fund custody. Couples pay suppliers directly unless a legally reviewed payment flow is added later.

What does human-reviewed mean?

A person checks the package logic, supplier fit, risky assumptions, and missing terms before final options are sent.

Can suppliers pay to rank higher?

The launch policy is no undisclosed paid ranking. Any future sponsored placement must be clearly labeled.

Why start with Poland and Central Europe?

Marketplace supply is easier to verify in a narrow launch market. The brief recommends Poland/Central Europe before wider destination expansion.

Does Novelle replace a wedding planner?

No. Novelle is a marketplace and concierge layer for availability and package discovery. Premium support may work alongside planners.

Are example packages live offers?

No. Current package cards are product examples until supplier data, quote expiry, and availability timestamps are connected.

How are suppliers checked?

The launch standard should include business identity, portfolio, terms, pricing range, response time, and availability source review.
