These Terms of Service govern the use of https://novelle.wedding and any Novelle services, forms, account areas, payment flows, supplier-interest pages, and related online features provided through the website.
The website is operated by Nova Group Sp. z o.o., Tax ID / VAT ID PL7011215529, KRS 0001117840, REGON 529224431, registered address Żurawia 6/12 Lok. 745, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland. You can contact us at support@novelle.wedding.
1. About Novelle
Novelle provides an online wedding marketplace, planning, availability-fit, supplier-introduction and controlled booking service. Couples may submit a structured wedding brief containing information such as location, preferred date, flexibility, guest count, budget, style, supplier preferences, and contact details.
For a transactional package expressly identified at checkout, Nova Group Sp. z o.o. trading as Novelle is the principal seller: the customer contracts with and pays Novelle, and accepted suppliers perform as Novelle subcontractors. Lead-capture, introductions and non-transactional supplier enquiries remain distinct and do not create a booking or payment obligation.
Novelle is not a wedding registry office, public authority, government body, official licensing service, escrow or safeguarded-account provider, payment institution, travel organiser, legal adviser, tax adviser, financial adviser, healthcare provider, or investment adviser.
2. Service scope
Depending on the product, plan, form, or payment flow used, Novelle services may include:
- receiving and structuring a wedding planning request;
- reviewing wedding constraints such as date, location, guest count, budget, style, and must-have supplier categories;
- preparing practical wedding plan directions;
- providing budget, supplier-fit, or availability-confidence information;
- contacting or introducing relevant suppliers after review;
- providing supplier-facing partner tools, supplier onboarding forms, and qualified inquiry context;
- providing related digital content, guidance, account features, or customer support.
The controlled transactional launch is limited to private consumers in Poland, PLN bank transfer and packages whose suppliers, scope and availability have been approved. Flights, passenger transport, travel packages and independently bundled guest accommodation are excluded. Catering and beauty cannot transact while their category controls remain disabled.
3. Accounts and access
Some features may require an account or protected access. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, using accurate information, and notifying us at support@novelle.wedding if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, unlawful use, security risk, non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of supplier or customer data.
4. Orders and payment
Prices, service scope, taxes, billing period, and payment terms are displayed before purchase or described in a written invoice, Payment Link, checkout, or order confirmation.
Controlled-launch customer payments are made only by PLN bank transfer to the designated Novelle collection account. A booking is confirmed only after cleared funds, reconciliation and human approval. Incorrect, partial, duplicate, late, wrong-currency or wrong-reference transfers enter review.
For a principal-seller package, payment discharges the customer's obligation to Novelle for that package. Supplier settlement is a separate Novelle-to-subcontractor process. Novelle does not describe customer funds as escrow, trust or safeguarded funds.
5. Immediate start of services and digital services
For services and digital services ordered online, you may be asked to expressly consent to immediate performance. If you consent to immediate performance, Novelle may begin processing your request, reviewing your brief, preparing planning directions, generating digital outputs, routing the request internally, or providing access to digital services immediately after purchase.
Where permitted by applicable consumer law, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed or once digital content or a digital service has been delivered or made accessible after your prior express consent and acknowledgement.
The specific cancellation and refund rules are described in the Refunds Policy.
6. Customer obligations
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- use the website only for lawful purposes;
- submit only information that you are allowed to share;
- not impersonate another person or organization;
- not submit false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful content;
- not interfere with the website, security systems, forms, accounts, supplier areas, or payment flows;
- not scrape, copy, or reuse supplier, customer, or platform data except as allowed by Novelle in writing;
- not use Novelle to send spam, fake inquiries, fraudulent supplier requests, or abusive communications.
7. Supplier information and third-party services
Novelle may display or provide information about suppliers, venues, packages, tools, services, authentication providers, analytics providers, communication tools, or other third parties. Third-party information may depend on data supplied by the third party, public sources, customer input, operational review, or automated processing.
For non-transactional leads, any later supplier agreement remains separate unless Novelle expressly offers a principal-seller package. For a transactional package, the supplier must accept Novelle's subcontract terms, frozen scope, settlement and date before the customer contract is offered.
8. No guarantee of outcome
Search availability is evidence-backed but remains subject to the displayed freshness and supplier confirmation. Placing an order does not itself confirm the booking; the confirmation is issued after the controlled payment and human-approval steps.
9. Intellectual property
The website, brand, designs, text, content, software, workflows, planning logic, data structures, reports, templates, and other materials are owned by Novelle, Nova Group Sp. z o.o., or their licensors.
You may use Novelle materials only for your personal wedding planning, supplier evaluation, partner participation, or other intended use of the service. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Novelle materials without prior written permission.
10. User content
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. By submitting content through the website, you grant Novelle the right to use it as necessary to provide the service, process the request, communicate with suppliers, support users, maintain records, prevent fraud, improve operations, and comply with legal obligations.
You must not submit content that infringes the rights of others, contains unlawful personal data, or violates applicable law.
11. Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- bypass technical or security controls;
- use bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated extraction without permission;
- submit malware, malicious links, or harmful code;
- use the website to harass, deceive, or spam customers, suppliers, or Novelle;
- use the service in a way that could damage Novelle’s reputation, systems, payment processing, advertising accounts, or legal compliance.
12. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in Poland or the European Union, you have statutory rights under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Where the law allows different treatment for business customers, terms applicable to entrepreneurs, professional users, suppliers, or other B2B customers may differ from terms applicable to consumers.
13. Complaints and support
Complaints and support requests may be sent to support@novelle.wedding.
Please include your name, order or account identifier if available, the email used for the order, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant documents or screenshots.
We aim to respond to complaints and support requests within up to 14 days.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novelle is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, reputational loss, supplier non-performance, third-party platform downtime, third-party payment failures, customer-provided errors, or losses caused by events outside Novelle’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, mandatory consumer rights, or other non-excludable statutory obligations.
15. Changes to services and terms
Novelle may update the website, service scope, features, prices, operational flows, and these Terms from time to time. The applicable terms for a paid order are the terms made available at the time of purchase unless a later change is required by law or accepted by the customer.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
Disputes may be handled by the competent courts under applicable law. Consumers may also have access to out-of-court consumer dispute mechanisms available under Polish or European Union rules.
