This agreement applies to a Novelle wedding package sold to a private consumer in Poland. The exact package, supplier, date, scope, component prices, VAT, payment schedule, withdrawal treatment, cancellation terms, and consents shown at checkout form part of the individual contract.
Seller and commercial role
The seller is Nova Group Sp. z o.o., trading as Novelle, Żurawia 6/12 Lok. 745, 00-503 Warszawa, Poland, NIP 7011215529, KRS 0001117840, REGON 529224431.
Novelle sells the consolidated package in its own name and for its own account. Participating suppliers perform their accepted components as Novelle subcontractors. The customer pays Novelle for the contracted package.
Controlled launch scope
- Private consumer bookings only.
- Service country Poland only.
- PLN pricing and bank transfer only.
- Flights, passenger transport, travel packages, and independently bundled guest accommodation are excluded.
- Catering and beauty components cannot be sold while their category controls are disabled.
Contract formation and confirmation
The final checkout action is labelled Zamówienie z obowiązkiem zapłaty. Supplier acceptance, current availability, the frozen package record, and each required customer consent must exist before the order can be placed.
Placing the order creates the customer contract and payment obligation, but it does not automatically confirm the wedding booking. Initial bookings require cleared funds, reconciliation, and a human Novelle confirmation. The customer receives the confirmation on durable media after approval.
Price and payment
The checkout record shows each component's net price, VAT and gross price, plus the frozen instalment schedule. Payment is completed only when the correct PLN amount reaches the designated Novelle collection account with the required reference. See https://novelle.wedding/payment-policy.
Suppliers and availability
A supplier must accept the frozen date, scope, settlement and subcontract terms before the customer contract is offered. Novelle remains responsible to the customer for the promised package and will operate the documented replacement, mitigation, refund and complaint workflows if a supplier cannot perform.
Changes, cancellation and complaints
Material changes require a versioned change order. Cancellation liability uses the lower of the applicable contractual cap and documented actual obligations and earned work, after recoveries and avoided costs. Novelle does not recover twice for the same loss. See https://novelle.wedding/refunds and https://novelle.wedding/complaints-policy.
Withdrawal and early performance
Withdrawal treatment is assigned separately to every component. Any early-performance, personalised-goods or digital-content consent is requested separately when applicable. See https://novelle.wedding/withdrawal-policy.
Durable record
The accepted contract, policy versions, consent text, payment schedule and package snapshot are timestamped, hashed and linked to the booking. Later policy changes do not replace the version already accepted for that booking.
Contact and governing law
Support and complaints: support@novelle.wedding. Polish law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection. Consumers may use applicable courts, consumer ombudsman assistance and available ADR mechanisms.
